Energy Healing in Colorado: The Three Bodies of You

Not very many spiritual traditions talk about this, but you are a triad spiritual being.

Within you are three “selves:” the Basic Self, Conscious Self and High Self. Each has a specific role to play in your life. This is a super highly valuable model that most people don’t have accurate information about. They don’t understand how their own consciousness works. I’ll talk more in-depth about these selves in later blogs. For now I need you to understand that when you’re fighting with the conscious self there are two other selves that need to be in flow to achieve significant change.

The Basic Self builds the physical body and runs it. The Basic Self loves patterns/habits. The Basic Self is a child-like awareness and yet we contact the High Self through the Basic.
The Conscious Self is a matrix of the ego, it’s the part of you that is reading this and comprehending it. The High Self is more like your spiritual nature or your Soul. It is knowing more than you and able to be completely in the loving.
