What is an Awakening?

We know there is some force greater than ourselves, we know that there is something out there, something deeper and spiritually based. An awakening is the direct experience of waking to knowing this greater force directly.

How do you know you’re having an awakening?

The awakening comes to different people in different ways. Every way is the “right” way.

Sometimes people experience it as a “knowing,” but it usually begins with deeper spiritual questions. Who am I? What am I doing this (working at this job, married to this person, going to this church, living in this house) for?

An awakening comes with a call for something more. More purpose, more meaning, more joy. Something deeper calls from within: deeper relationships, deeper loving, deeper knowledge, deeper presence. Colorado Spiritual Counseling can aid you on your path of spiritual awakening.
