Colorado Energy Healing: Greater Connection

So many of my spiritual counseling and Colorado energy healing clients come to me because they have difficulty connecting.

They have used substances, work, chaos, busyness and a variety of other distractions to essentially close themselves off from feelings that are uncomfortable. This is a very human response to the call from within.

These feelings are often uncomfortable because the person doesn’t understand what they are or how to effectively handle them. When you don’t understand something you try to “fix” it in whatever way is available. These coping mechanisms can often be good in many ways. Ambition for instance can bring many gifts with it. But the double-edge of the sword is that it can often create distance between God and self, soul and self, lover and self or children and self.

It is separation that is ultimately the most painful experience.

If you can’t name the problem you’ll try to treat it in any way that you can. The answer is connection. Energy healing and spiritual counseling can help you name the problem so that you can learn to connect again: to god, to soul, to self, to loved ones, to your own life.
