Becoming Your Authentic Self Through Spiritual Counseling

Authenticity, and living an authentic life have become so popular in our modern society. But these principles go back so far in our human history. The Hindu traditions talk about us coming into this life as a soul being wrapped in many layers, or sheaths, which we then have to work our way out of during the course of our lives. These layers can be imposed upon us by society, and through expectations that we have for ourselves and for others. These sheaths are also energetic. When I work with you as your spiritual counselor, I will help you recognize where you are in your spiritual progression as you work your way through your many layers of self to get down to your soul, which is the true you.

During this process I will help you build relationships and learn how to communicate with your Conscious Self, your Basic Self (or Inner Child, as it is recognized by some traditions), and your High Self. I will teach you how to use the higher prospective of your Higher Self to gain awareness of the challenges and roadblocks that you have had in your life and through your personal progression. And as you gain this perspective, you can start recognizing and building a better relationship with that true self, with your soul.

Our souls are all here to gain experiences and to grow and develop. Maybe you are finding that you keep repeating the same lessons over and over again without moving forward though. Maybe you are running into invisible roadblocks that you haven’t been able to find a way through. Or maybe you just feel like you are having difficulty peeling back the layers in life to get down to your core self. I know that we all want to live authentic lives, where we interact with our world from a place of deep integrity and congruence with our souls. Sometimes we need the help of an experienced guide to help us avoid the pitfalls and navigate the road to lead us back to our true selves. This is where an experienced spiritual counselor is beneficial. I have over 30 years of experience helping people to recognize and build relationships with their true selves, and I can help you navigate that process.
