Using Spiritual Counseling to Develop Your Best Relationship— With Yourself

I have had the incredible opportunity to experience times of incredible struggle in my life. I was overwhelmed by my drug addiction in my early twenties, and knew that I had to move beyond my attachments physically and emotionally to the things that had become my crutch. I didn’t want my addiction to rule my life. And as I worked through that process, I began to see that it was my attachment to emotions and thoughts that were acting as a crack in my natural boundaries that were letting the darkness in and take root.

Many times, the most dangerous or damaging things in our lives are built out of thoughts and behaviors that we carry with us that we aren’t even aware of. We can carry around these blocks and obstacles subconsciously for years while they limit our abilities, decrease our happiness, and negatively affect our health on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. You don’t have to allow these patterns to continue in your life anymore. Maybe they aren’t as potentially damaging or irreversible as the drug addiction that I suffered with, but struggles like low self-esteem can be more insidious and potentially even more damaging over the long-term.

As a spiritual counselor, I have helped clients with a combination of spiritual practice and guidance and Noetic Balancing energy healing for over three decades. I have seen these tools help people through times and places that they thought they would never be able to recover from. You can find wholeness in yourself again.
