The astral body coincides with the imagination. When we’re using our imagination we’re engaging our reality through our astral body. When you close your eyes you can go into any of these bodies that has a realm that corresponds with it. There are landmarks to help you know which realm you’re in.

The Summerlands is one of the most wonderful and incredible realms that you can reach when you’re in the astral body. There are beaches and the sun is shining all the time and you feel awesome. Some people may stay there for a couple thousand years in Earth time after they leave the physical body.

But there’s nothing going on. It’s just you and your imagination. The perfect environment gets old. We do get bored. So eventually your Soul chooses to move to another body, another incarnation or another purpose. We move on to new challenges and experiences.

If you stay in your imagination you don’t manifest. To manifest you must engage the physical. Sometimes this is where people get stuck. You’ve got great ideas, but you’re not doing anything with them.
